Hi, I’m Garrett.
I work with leaders, consultants, and small business owners who are carrying high responsibility and making constant decisions without enough space to think clearly.
As an ICF-aligned coach, I create structured conversations that help you step back from the noise, clarify what matters most, and move into focused action.
This isn’t about adding more ideas. It’s about helping you work with greater clarity and intention on what’s already in front of you.
How coaching works
Coaching is a collaborative process where you set the direction, and I serve as a thought partner to support and guide you in thinking more clearly and acting more effectively.
In sessions, we slow things down just enough to:
Clarify what you actually want to focus on
Surface what’s getting in the way
Turn insight into practical next steps
Build accountability so progress continues beyond the session
Most clients come in juggling competing priorities and limited time to think strategically. Coaching creates a consistent space to step out of that cycle and return to what matters most.
The outcome is not just insight, but movement—clearer thinking that leads to better decisions and follow-through.
What clients typically work on
Clarifying goals and direction
Working through decision points
Identifying and removing friction in execution
Prioritizing what actually matters week to week
Building consistency and momentum over time
Coaching investment
Coaching is offered as focused, one-on-one 60-minute sessions designed to support clarity and execution in real time.
Session rate
$175
Each 60-minute session is structured to stand on its own, while also allowing for continuity when you choose to work together over time.
Many clients engage in ongoing work when they’re navigating a transition, building toward a specific goal, or working through recurring patterns they want to shift. In those cases, we align on a simple structure that supports sustained progress without overcomplicating the process.
Why ellipsis...?
When I first started my coaching practice, I named it Ellipsis Solutions.
An ellipsis (…) signals something continuing rather than ending. That idea sits at the center of this work.
Coaching often happens in moments where the next step is not fully clear yet. The role of the conversation is to create space for what comes next to emerge with more clarity and intention.
Whether that is refining priorities, making decisions, navigating leadership challenges, or turning complexity into action, Ellipsis Solutions exists to support forward movement without forcing premature answers.
Let’s talk!
If you’re navigating something where clearer thinking and stronger execution would make a meaningful difference, I’d love to hear what you’re working through.
You can schedule a complimentary discovery session to explore whether coaching is a good fit.
